NOVA Group for Women: An Affiliate of Inova is dedicated to the personalized, comprehensive, and state-of-the-art care of each of our valued patients. We are a practice for women by women.
Together with our nurse practitioners, midwives and staff, we are committed to providing you with superior and compassionate women’s healthcare in each of the following areas: Prenatal/Obstetrics, General Gynecology, Wellness, and Gynecologic Surgery. Our welcoming office environment and competent, friendly staff are always ready to assist you and set the tone for the unique relationship we strive to achieve with each of our patients. We ensure that all of our obstetrical patients meet with each of our physicians, nurse practitioners and midwife to establish a bond of trust and understanding, and we have long standing relationships with our gynecologic patients.

Welcome Dr. Cassandra Presti, MD
We are very pleased to announce that Dr. Cassandra L. Presti, MD has joined our team of providers at Nova Group for Women:
Dr. Cassandra Presti (she/her) is a graduate of Georgetown University School of Medicine. She completed her OB/GYN Residency training at INOVA Fairfax Women’s Hospital, where she conducted research in gynecologic surgery and education. During Residency, Dr. Presti received the The Society for Academic Specialists in General Obstetrics and Gynecology Resident Award.
Dr. Presti has a Special interest in Minimally Invasive Surgery, and has been certified in Laparoscopic and Robotic Gynecological Surgery. She is Board Eligible by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Junior Fellow of ACOG.
